Pick the heavy and hard chestnuts and make cut in it with a knife.

Rinse the chestnuts and dry them.

Put the chestnuts in a pot and cover it with water and add 1 spoon of sugar.

Cover the pot with its lid and let it boil for 15 minutes.

In a tray , put foil paper and add to it the boiled chestnuts.

Put the tray in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes (depends on the oven) on heat 200 degrees..
