Cheesy Sausages & Pastrami

Instructions

  1. In an oven-pan, add olive oil then pan fry the sausages. Add the pastrami and mix. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add butter then flour then milk and whisk well.
  3. Season with salt, pepper & nutmeg.
  4. Add cheddar & mozzarella cheese and stir until fully melted.
  5. Add more mozzarella on top then bake in the oven.
