Cut the chicken luncheon into cubes or slices.
Slice the sausages.
In a pan over heat, add some oil, minced garlic, green bell pepper, tomatoes, black and green olives, and saute.
Add the luncheon and the sausages to the pan and stir.
Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Stir again.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda)
Broil to melt the cheese.
Garnish with some parsley.
