Casserole Of Orzo With Liver And Gizzards

In a pan, cook the diced chicken gizzards in oil with the pan covered.
Add the liver and season with salt, pepper, seven spices, cumin and chili powder.
Add the garlic and diced onion and leave the to cook with the lid covering the pot
In a separate pot, while stirring add oil , orzo tongue, bouillon cube and tomato paste.
In a casserole add the orzo, liver, gizzards and chicken soup.
Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake it in a hot oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
Remove the foil and let it cook under the grill.
