Butter & Chocolate Biscuit

In a bowl, mix butter, sugar and knead them well.
Add egg yolk, vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, starch, baking powder and knead well.
Divide the the dough into 2, add cocoa powder on one of them and knead well.
Make six small balls out of each dough, put them next to each other and shape them into one circle ( watch video for technique).
Other method: Make medium sized circles out of the chocolate dough and make shapes on top of each circle.
Swiss roll method: Roll out a piece of each dough and put them above each other, roll them and cut into pieces.
Bake in a preheated oven from 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Add melted chocolate/jam/nuts on top if desired.
