  1. To make the syrup, in a pan add the brown sugar, water and molasses, stir slowly until it starts to boil. Let boil for some time, then turn off the heat and add the cinnamon stick. The more the syrup cools down the more it gets thick. Store in a jar.
  2. To prepare the shaken espresso, in a jar add some ice cubes, brown sugar syrup and pre-prepared espresso coffee. Close the lid tightly and shake well. Pour into a mug and add oat milk.
