  1. In a bowl soak the oats and milk for 20 minutes
  2. In another bowl, melt the butter and when it is cooled add eggs, honey and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  4. Add eggs mixture to dry ingredients and mix well
  5. Add oat milk mixture and mix
  6. Transfer batter to baking tin, sprinkle with oats and bake on 220C for 5 minutes then 180C for 18 minutes
