Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix dressing ingredients together
  2. For the basic beetroot salad, add half of the dressing on cooked beetroot & enjoy

For the Chicken Beetroot Salad

  1. Wash arugula with water baking soda & vinegar
  2. Cut the chicken breasts (butterfly cut) and season with BBQ spices and olive oil then pan fry on high heat and set aside
  3. Chop arugula and add to salad bowl, then add the marinated cooked beetroot, any cheese of your choice, almonds or nuts and the sliced chicken. Top it off with the dressing and enjoy.
