In a blender, combine the cooked Beetroot and Water. Blend until you get a smooth puree.

Transfer the beetroot puree to a large bowl.

Gradually add the Whole Wheat Flour and knead well for about 2 minutes until a cohesive dough forms.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into your desired number of portions.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion into a thin flatbread.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Do not add oil.

Place one flatbread at a time on the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it puffs up slightly and gets light brown spots.

Once cooked, immediately transfer the flatbreads to a plate and cover them with a clean kitchen towel. This helps keep them soft.
