In a bowl, mix onion, water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Season the beef slices with this mixture and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Prepare three plates: one with beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, one with plain flour, and one with Vigitar breadcrumbs.
Coat each beef slice in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan. Fry the beef slices in hot oil until golden brown, reducing heat as needed.
