¹⁄₂ kilogram Beef Fillet (Cut into small cubes)
Olive Oil
Sumac
7 Spices
Salt & Pepper

Hummus Dip

2 cans Cooked Hummus
1 tablespoon Yoghurt
1 tablespoon Tahini
2 cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Cumin
Coriander
Paprika
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper

Cooking the Beef

Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses

Instructions

Marinate beef with all the spices for 30 mins
MARK AS COMPLETE
Mix all hummus ingredients until creamy
MARK AS COMPLETE
In a hot pan add olive oil then cook the beef for 5-10 mins
MARK AS COMPLETE
Add lemon juice and pomegranate molasses
MARK AS COMPLETE
In a dish add the hummus, beef on top, toasted pine nuts or almonds, fresh pomegranate, and parsley

Mix all hummus ingredients until creamy

In a hot pan add olive oil then cook the beef for 5-10 mins

In a dish add the hummus, beef on top, toasted pine nuts or almonds, fresh pomegranate, and parsley

Serve with toasted flat bread
