Baked Bell Peppers Stuffed with Eggs

Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove the seeds then add to a pyrex/ oven pan.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder then drizzle olive oil.

Stuff the bell peppers with cheese.

Add an egg to each bell pepper then another layer of cheese.

Bake in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with minced fresh parsley and enjoy.
