Cut the white and red cabbage into very thin slices using a knife or a mandoline.
Grate the carrot.
Remove the core from the red apple and slice it very thinly using a mandoline.
In a bowl, mix the rayeb, mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Add the grated onion, salt, and paprika.
