In a bowl, mix flour, anise, baking powder and set them aside.

Mix the eggs, icing sugar, vanilla and oil.

Add the flour mixture gradually on three times and mix well between each.

Grease an oven tray with ghee or butter, pour the biscuits mixture and spread it by a wet hand.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius on the bottom flame and once it takes the golden color from the edges, turn off the bottom flame and turn on the grill.

Cut it into pieces and set them vertically.

Bake it for another 10 minutes in the middle shelf with the grill turned on.
