Air Fried Okra with Meat (Bamya)

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer and lightly spray the okra with oil.
Air fry the okra until tender. Set aside.
Heat butter and oil in a deep pot.
Add the beef cubes, black pepper, and onion. Sauté until the meat is browned on all sides.
Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, tomato juice, and tomato paste. Stir to combine.
Pour in boiling water to cover the meat, add salt, and simmer until the beef is tender.
Add the cooked okra to the pot along with lemon juice and adjust the salt if needed.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or clay pot.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake the okra stew for 30 minutes or until the top is slightly golden.
In a small pan, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add ground coriander and fresh coriander. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Pour the garlic-coriander topping over the baked okra.
