  1. Cut the potato and the onion into slices .
  2. In a bowl, mix dill, salt, lemon zest, garlic powder, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Apply the mixture in the bowl on the sliced potato and onion and the fish fillet.
  4. Air-fry the potatoes and onions for 20 minutes on 180C.
  5. Add the fish then air-fry for 15 minutes on 190C.
