Instructions

Divide one kilo of ground meat into 3 parts, place in different bowls.
To make Kofta Pane

Add minced onions, parsley, seven spices, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Mix well using hands. Shape into patties.

Dip into whisked eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, then cover with breadcrumbs spiced with meat seasoning and salt.

Freeze in a plastic contanier with plastic bags separating the patties.
To make Grilled Kofta

Add onion and tomato, grated and drained, parsley, baking powder, bbq seasoning, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well using hands.

In a separate bowl, add the drained water from onion and tomato, paprika and oil, and mix together, brush it on the meat mixture while shaping it into fingers.

Freeze in a plastic contanier with plastic bags separating the kofta fingers.
To make meatballs

Add onions, parsley, thyme, meat seasoning, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, worcestershire sauce to the minced meat. Mix well using hands then shape into balls.
