Béchamel

  1. In a pot, add butter, oil, flour, milk and mix.
  2. Season with salt & pepper .
  3. Add stock cube and creamy cheese, and mix.
  4. Wipe a tray with oil and add first layer of béchamel.

Minced Meat

  1. In a pan, add oil , minced onion , chopped bell pepper and the minced meat.
  2. Season with cinnamon, coriander, ginger, curry, salt & pepper.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and let them cook.

Other Ingredients

  1. Boil the penne pasta.
  2. Add some of the boiled pasta to the tray above the béchamel.
  3. Then add a layer of the cooked minced meat, followed by another layer of pasta.
  4. Add another layer of béchamel and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees.
