Chicken Fatteh With Yogurt

Instructions
In a pan , add oil , grated onion , crushed garlic and diced fillet breasts .
Season with salt , pepper , dried thyme and tomato sauce and mix.
Add boiled chickpeas and mix.
Add water and let them cook.
Add roasted and diced eggplants.
In the serving plate, add bread (cut into squares, deep-fried or roasted in the oven).
Add the cooked ingredients in the pan to the serving plate.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and tahini, and add the mixture to the serving plate.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Add pomegranate seeds (optional).
