Meat
In a pan , add olive oil and minced lamb beef , let the beef take the brown color.
Add the minced onion , garlic , salt , pepper and Italian seasoning .
Add the frozen carrots and peas, sweet corn, tomato paste and flour.
Mix them well.
Add beef broth or water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Mashed Potatoes
Mix the mashed potatoes with cream, butter, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add the mashed potatoes above the cooked minced meat and put them in the oven for 15 minutes with the grill opened.
