Instructions
Remove seeds from the bell peppers and brush with olive oil.
Cook in the oven or the air fryer for about 20 minutes.
Place in a bowl and cover for 10 mins then remove the skin of the peppers.
Place in the food processor with all the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with pomegranates, walnuts and parsley on top and toasted flat bread on the side.
