No Grill Smokey Kofta

Tahini Sauce
Instructions
In a food processor, add the onion, tomato & the chili pepper (optional), blend well.
In a bowl, put the minced meat. Add the tomato & onion mix, get rid of the juices first.
Grate the tail fat and add to the meat. Note: freeze the tail gate to make it easier to grate.
Now add the salt, pepper, spices & baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
In a tray, start shaping the Kofta using skewers or honing steel. If the meat started to get sticky, use the tomato onion juice to make it moist.
Note: The Kofta gets smaller in size after being cooked so keep that in mind while shaping it.
Grill in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Serving suggestion: Serve with French fries and tahini sauce.
When the kofta is fully cooked, take it out of the oven. Now you will find some fat in the tray, put in it a burning coal. Cover the tray with aluminium foil
Preparing the tahini sauce
In a bowl, add the tahini and hot water gradually to adjust consistency.
Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, Salt and other spices.
Add olive oil & parsley.
