Chicken & Mushroom Creamy Pasta

In a pan, add boiled water, salt and cook the pasta until semi-cooked نص سلقة

In a pan, add butter and oil then the sliced mushrooms and stir. Add the chopped onion and the minced garlic. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and fresh thyme.

Add flour to the mushroom & onion and stir well till it dissolves. Add chicken or vegetable broth and cooking cream.

Add the mix cheese and stir well then add shredded boiled chicken or chicken leftover.

Add the semi-cooked pasta then top it off with the mixed cheese.

Bake in the oven until cheese melts and its gets a reddish color.
