Fish Filet with Butter, Lemon & Herbs

Instructions
Melt the butter then add olive oil, minced garlic
Chop coriander and parsley and add to the mixture. You can also add grated green chili if you want it spicy
Season with salt, pepper & cumin and mix all very well
Cover baking tray with foil and brush it with oil then add the fish filet قشر بياض
Add the mixture to the fish and make sure its fully covered
Preheat oven at 220 degrees celsius, add the baking tray and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes (depends on the thickness of the filet)
Add lemon juice and enjoy
