For the Sauce
Instructions
Cut Chicken into cubes
Season with salt and pepper then add egg and mix well
Mix flour and cornstarch
Add chicken to the flour mix then deep fry on medium heat until crispy
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together and add cornstarch for thickness (If available, add pineapple juice)
Chop onion, green, red & yellow bell peppers
In a pan, add oil then the onion and bell pepper
Add the sauce then the chicken to the pan
