Kawarea casserole is one of the most famous Egyptian dishes, known for its rich flavor and delicious texture. It is prepared by seasoning boiled trotters with onion, garlic, and spices, then cooked in tomato sauce until fully tender.

Heat the oil well, then add the onion and stir.
Add the hot pepper and green pepper, and stir well.
Halfway through cooking, add the minced garlic, cumin, and chili flakes to taste.
Add the vinegar, then the boiled trotters, and stir well until they absorb the flavors.
Add the tomato, tomato paste and trotters broth.
If you want a spicy dish, add more hot pepper.
Place the casserole in the oven and leave it until it is cooked.
