Instructions
-
Arrange the ready-made cake slices in a Pyrex dish or serving mold.
-
Gently press down on the cake with the bottom of a cup to close any gaps.
-
In a small bowl, mix the milk and sweetened cocoa powder well.
-
Saturate the cake with this mixture to make it soft and moist, then set it aside.
-
In a pot over medium heat, combine the crème caramel mix with milk.

Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. This prevents clumping.
-
Remove the pot from the heat immediately.

Pour the hot crème caramel mixture into a blender.
-
Add the plain biscuits, powdered milk, and the qeshta (if using).
-
Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
-
Pour the hot cream mixture immediately over the cake layer.
-
Let the dish sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to cool and form a light crust on top.
-
Sprinkle a light layer of unsweetened cocoa powder on top using a small sieve.
-
Refrigerate the dish for at least two hours, or until it is completely set and cold.
