Craving Om Ali but short on time? Try this incredibly easy "lazy" version using crisp mille-feuille biscuits, milk, cream, and condensed milk for a rich, comforting dessert ready in just 5 minutes!

  1. Get a pan, about 28 or 30 cm in size. Carefully open the mille-feuille biscuits and arrange them in a single layer to cover the bottom of the pan completely.
  2. Gently pour the milk evenly over the arranged biscuits.
  3. Next, distribute the qeshta (thick cream) over the milk and biscuits, spreading it out as evenly as possible.
  4. Finally, drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the cream layer, spreading it lightly with a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle your favorite nuts generously over the top. You can use any mix you like, such as peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, or shredded coconut.
  6. Place the pan on the stove over very low heat.
  7. Let the pan sit on the heat for just 5 minutes. Do not exceed this time.
  8. After 5 minutes, serve immediately.
