  1. Place the Chicken Breasts into an oven bag.
  2. Add Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dried Thyme, Brown Sugar (or its substitute), Olive Oil, and Melted Butter to the chicken in the bag.
  3. Add preferred Cajun Spices or Chicken Spices. (Optional)
  4. Mix well to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken in a preheated oven. Bake for exactly 35 minutes.
  6. Allow the chicken to cool down completely. For best results, chill it completely in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, in an airtight glass container.
  7. Slice the chicken the next day, not on the same day it was cooked.
  8. Store the sliced chicken in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. After 4 days, transfer it to the freezer for longer storage.
  9. Serve the chicken in sandwiches, as a main course with pasta, or on a Caesar salad.
