Description

Bake a delicious Savory Olive and Thyme Cake, perfect for breakfast with coffee or as a flavorful snack with cheese. This easy recipe combines eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, and a mix of flour, salt, baking powder, and za'atar with briny olives.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs.
  2. Add the Milk, Greek Yogurt, and Olive Oil, then mix everything thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, and Za'atar Spice Blend. Stir them together.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the Sliced Green Olives as the last ingredient.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with Oil and dusted with Flour.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
