In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs.

Add the Milk, Greek Yogurt, and Olive Oil, then mix everything thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, and Za'atar Spice Blend. Stir them together.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the Sliced Green Olives as the last ingredient.
