Divide each Phyllo Sheet in half. Lightly brush some Melted Butter on the first sheet and top it with another sheet, then brush with more butter.

Place a third phyllo sheet diagonally, brushing it with butter as well. It will look like a plus sign. Place the fourth phyllo sheet on top.

Transfer the phyllo onto a hot skillet brushed with Butter and set the heat to medium-low.

Crack in the Eggs, add your chosen Veggies and Cheese, and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.

Work fast to make the folding process easier. Gently fold in all sides to create a parcel.

Let it sear and develop color on the bottom, then flip it to cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes. Remove it from the heat.
