Tomato Sauce

Add Olive Oil and Garlic to a pan and sauté together.

Add the Tomato Paste and let it brown slightly.

Pour in the Tomatoe Puree and stir.

Add Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, and Italian Herbs.

Mix everything well and let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until it thickens.
Cooking Pasta

Bring Water to a boil with Salt and cook the Spinach Ricotta Tortellini.

Boil the pasta for 4 to 6 minutes, then remove it from the water.

Add the cooked Tortellini to the sauce and mix everything together.

Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet, pyrex dish, or any baking dish..

Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
