Entrecôte Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and mixed peppercorns.
  2. Heat the cast iron then add the steak.
  3. Let it cook on each side for 3 mins for medium-well steak.
  4. Add butter ( I herb mine with rosemary thyme sea salt and orange zest)
  5. Add fresh leaves of rosemary and thyme and some garlic cloves
  6. Make butter bath for the steak and enjoy
  7. To prepare the Chimichurri sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
