Homemade Pomegranate Molasses

Cut the pomegranates in half and remove the seeds.
Blend the seeds in a blender until fully crushed.
Strain the juice from the mixture to remove any impurities or solid particles.
Add the strained juice to a medium-sized pot and pour in the brown sugar. Stir well.
Place the pot on medium heat and stir occasionally.
To prevent the molasses from crystallizing, add lemon powder to the pot and stir.
Use a bowl of water and a strainer to remove any excess foam that may form on the surface of the syrup.
Continue simmering until the molasses thickens and reaches a syrupy consistency, around 45 minutes.
Let the molasses cool down before storing it.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 6 months.
