Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Dice the cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the lettuce and slice the olives. Chop the cheddar cheese and salami.

Grill the Halloumi: Heat olive oil in a grill pan. Place the halloumi slices and drizzle a little honey on top. Grill until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside to cool.

Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, sweet corn, and green olives.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, minced garlic, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and thyme until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combine: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.

Assemble: Top the salad with the grilled halloumi slices and serve immediately.
