Sweet and Spicy Indo-Chinese Chili Chicken

Mix chicken cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic, vinegar, oil, egg, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the water-cornstarch mixture to the pan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

Add the fried chicken back into the sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.

Toss cooked noodles into the sauce for a complete meal.

Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds and serve hot.
