  1. Season your steak with salt, pepper and olive oil and give it a rub on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet/pan until very hot, if the side is fatty, cook from the side first to release all the juices, if not fatty, add oil.
  3. Place the steak in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust the time based on your preferred doneness).
  4. Add Butter and Aromatics: When flipping the steak, add a tablespoon of butter, crushed garlic, and a sprig of rosemary to the pan.
  5. Baste the Steak: Using a spoon, baste the steak with the melted butter and aromatics. This adds flavor and helps to cook the steak evenly.
  6. Rest the Steak: Once the steak is done, remove it from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute inside the meat.
  7. Serve: Slice the steak and serve it with your choice of sides like pasta or veggies.
