Instructions
First, boil the chicken with onion, bay leaves, salt, and pepper until tender.
Take two ladles of the hot chicken broth and set aside.
Dissolve 40g of gelatin in the chicken broth or beetroot juice (if using).
In a blender, blend the boiled chicken, adding the chicken spice mix, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the gelatin mixture to the chicken blend and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a plastic bottle or mold and cover it. Let it set in the fridge overnight.
Once chilled and set, slice into thin pieces and enjoy as a healthy luncheon alternative!
