Add the bell peppers and parsley in the skillet with the cooked meat, and allow them to soften slightly.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Crack eggs on the meat and bell pepper .
Let the eggs cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the egg reaches your desired level of doneness.
