  1. In a large bowl, mix lamb mince, beef mince, squeezed onion, yogurt, breadcrumbs, parsley, and spices.
  2. Add a little onion juice for added moisture and flavor. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate the mixture for 4 hours to enhance flavor.
  4. Take the mixture out and shape it onto skewers.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the skewers for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
