In a large bowl, mix the cream, mustard, tomato paste, hot sauce, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, and thyme.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to infuse.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes alternately with onion, bell peppers, and tomato pieces onto skewers.
Season onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes and potatoes with the same marinade and mix to coat well.
In a baking dish, spread the vegetables and arrange the chicken skewers on top of the vegetables and potatoes in the dish..
Cover the dish with parchment paper dampened with water to prevent dryness.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the parchment paper, drizzle a little oil over the skewers, and switch to the broiler setting.
Broil for an additional 15 minutes or until the skewers are nicely browned and the chicken is cooked through.
