Chicken Tray with Potatoes and Olives

Marinate the chicken with parsley, coriander, spices, garlic, lemon juice, and saffron.

In the oven bag, place the marinated chicken.

Add onions, olives, vinegar and oil to the chicken marinade and make sure to mix it well.

Add the baby potatoes to the chicken in the oven bag.

Pour a cup of water, and seal the bag tightly.

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Place the thermal bag in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes and chicken are tender.

After removing the bag from the oven, sprinkle chopped parsley and a little fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
