  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan. Add cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped green onion, green beans, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce with boiling water. Pour over the vegetables.
  5. Add quick-cooking noodles to the pan. Stir gently to combine with the sauce.
    You can add cooked noodles but in this case do not add water.
  6. Cook until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with toasted peanuts and fresh cilantro also you can toasted sesame before serving.
