  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, honey, coconut oil, and cinnamon. You can replace the coconut oil with olive oil.
  2. Also, you can add raw nuts.(Optional)
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir the granola mixture every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, mix in raisins, dried fruits, and any optional additions like chia seeds.
