  1. In a pot, add cream, ricotta, and sugar.
  2. Mix them well until they are combined.
  3. In a separate pan, melt the butter.
  4. Add vanilla extract and saffron to the melted butter and stir well.
  5. Take a baking tray and brush it with the butter mixture.
  6. Start by adding a layer of kunafa to the tray.
  7. Brush the kunafa layer with the butter mixture.
  8. Spread the prepared cream filling evenly over the kunafa layer.
  9. Add a layer of mozzarella on top of the cream filling.
  10. Place another layer of kunafa over the mozzarella layer.
  11. Brush the top layer of kunafa with the remaining butter mixture.
  12. Oven bake until it turns golden brown.
  13. Once the kunafa is baked, remove it from the oven and pour syrup over it.
