Instructions
To make the rice

In a cooking pan add the olive oil, onion chops and the minced garlic cloves and stir.

Add the rice, salt, pepper, cinnamon, spices, nutmeg and stir.

Add grated tomato and the sufficient amount of water and leave it to cook

When almost cooked, add chopped parsley, dill and lemon zest.
To cook the Midye

Get the mussels, remove anything coming out of it.

Brush it well from outside to make sure it is clean then wash in a bowl full of water.

Take each mussel and stuff it with rice and remove any extra rice.

Put the mussels in a frying pan and add some water and leave it to boil for 20 mins.
