In a big bowl add whole wheat flour, white flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast then mix to combine.

Pour oil and water then stir with a spatula.

Knead the dough thoroughly till soft and elastic. Add pumpkin seed.

Cover and let it rise for 90 min. until doubled in size.

Add dried tomatoes and halloumi cheese then knead.

Shape the dough into a long loaf.

Flour the roasting bag then place the dough inside and let it rest for 30 min..
