  1. Butter the bread from one side.
  2. In a skillet place the butter side down and butter the other side.
  3. Toast the bread on both sides until crispy and golden.
  4. In the same skillet add oil.
  5. Season steak with salt and pepper then place it in.
  6. Cook until steak side is mostly browned then turn.
  7. Add butter and melt.
  8. Tilt your skillet to one side and spoon the butter over the steak.
  9. In a small bowl add Chopped peach, onion, parsley, green pepper and lemon juice then mix till combined.
  10. On a cutting board slice the steak.
  11. On a bread slice add mayonnaise, steak slices and the vegetables mix then top with the other bread slice.
