Instructions
Cut the tteok-bokki into halves.
Cut one side of the mini frankfurters into quarters half way through.
Cut spring onions and chop the green part.
In a pan add tomato sauce, chilli powder, paprika and sriracha sauce then mix and add a drizzle of honey.
Once the sauce boils add chopped spring onion (green part) and stir.
Add mini frankfurters, broth and tteok-bokki then stir and dip in the sauce.
Let it simmer on low heat.
Add green onion and cheese, once the cheese melts remove from the stove.
