Whisk ghee and sugar very well until the texture is creamy.

Add the eggs gradually then add the vanilla and whisk well.

Add the milk and whisk well.

Sift the flour and add to the mixture.

Add the baking powder.

Mix with spatula (bottom up).

Separate the mixture into 2 halves.

Add sifted cocoa powder to one half and milk. (2 tbsp milk for 4 tbsp cocoa).

Line a cake mold with parchment paper.

Brush it with ghee or oil.

Add a layer of the white batter then a layer of the brown batter and repeat.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 35 minutes.
